If you find that something you purchased is not satisfactory, you may return it to us within thirty (30) days of purchase. Volvo Trucks North America or NAI will replace the product(s), refund your purchase price or credit your credit card, depending on the method of payment.

Return Policy and Instructions
If you wish to return an item, you will need to provide the following information:

- Your order number
- Number and title of the item purchased

- Item number(s) and title(s) of material being returned
A control number will be provided to you, as well as instructions regarding ship-to location. The control number provided to you must appear on the return package. This will expedite your return and ensure that you receive proper credit. Please note that all software sales are final. Defective items can only be exchanged for the same or similar items.

North American Institute training materials being returned, please send an email to
nai-registration@volvo.com. An NAI representative will contact you regarding details on returning the item.
Sales Tax
Where applicable, sales tax will be added to your order.
Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped via UPS ground. In order to ensure accurate delivery, UPS requires a complete street address; PO Box addresses will delay order processing and transit time. Please allow 2 weeks from the date of your payment approval for delivery. Credit card transactions require 2 business days for approval. Overnight shipments are not available.
International Orders
When requesting shipping to a country other than the United States, you must order by phone. Your credit card will be charged at the published exchange rate in effect on the date the transaction is processed. Shipping charges vary by country, and will be added to your order. We are sorry that we cannot accommodate international online orders.
