Volvo Trucks North America and the North American Institute (NAI) have established this web site to give our customers the option of purchasing Volvo Trucks manuals and NAI training materials. These items are also offered by our many dealer locations.

If you wish to order training materials and need assistance determining the exact training materials needed, send an email to nai-registration@volvo.com.

Guarantee
Our products/materials are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction, function correctly and address training subjects as described. If you find that something you purchased is not satisfactory, you may return it to us within thirty (30) days of purchase. Volvo Trucks North America or NAI will replace the product(s), refund your purchase price or credit your credit card, depending on the method of payment.

Question(s) Regarding Your Order(s)
Volvo Trucks North America has multiple vendors that fulfill orders, so it is possible that items you order may go to one or more vendors. If you have a question(s) about the status of your order, contact the vendor(s) below depending upon the item(s) ordered.

For NAI training materials, contact Pacesetter Enterprises at 610-264-9404.

For Volvo parts and service items ordered, contact Standard Register at 866-978-2090 (US only) or 866-680-6246 (International).

Return Policy and Instructions
If you wish to return an item, you will need to provide the following information:
  • Your name and telephone number
  • Your order number
  • Number and title of the item purchased
For Volvo manuals being returned, please send an email to PartsandServicePubs@volvo.com and provide the following information:
  1. Your name and telephone number
  2. Your order number
  3. Item number(s) and title(s) of material being returned
A control number will be provided to you, as well as instructions regarding ship-to location. The control number provided to you must appear on the return package. This will expedite your return and ensure that you receive proper credit. Please note that all software sales are final. Defective items can only be exchanged for the same or similar items.

For North American Institute training materials being returned, please send an email to nai-registration@volvo.com. An NAI representative will contact you regarding details on returning the item.

Sales Tax
Where applicable, sales tax will be added to your order.

Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped via UPS ground. In order to ensure accurate delivery, UPS requires a complete street address; PO Box addresses will delay order processing and transit time. Please allow 2 weeks from the date of your payment approval for delivery. Credit card transactions require 2 business days for approval. Overnight shipments are not available.

International Orders
Applicable sales tax and shipping charges may be added to your order. If this is an international order, please be aware that all charges are expressed in U.S. currency and will be charged at the current rate of exchange. International customers are responsible for customs duty, import taxes or fees, or additional shipping charges as necessary.
